How Are Companies Evaluated For Inclusion In The Inc. 5000 List?
The 2020 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a three-year period (from 2016 to 2019).
To qualify for inclusion on the list, companies must be:

- Independent
- Founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016

Companies included on the list are required to have had a minimum of $100,000 in revenue in 2016, and a minimum of $2 million in revenue in 2019.
